XY graphs accept complex arrays in LabVIEW 2011 (and even earlier), in which case they graph IM vs RE. Why are you rebuilding the VI?

Also, are you sure that the array is wired across in the other cases?

If you have a problem with a rebuilt VI, please attach it once more so we can see what went wrong. Thanks.

How long is "a long time (minutes, hours, days, weeks, months...). how much data is in the shift register when the data "vanishes".? Could it be that you are running out of memory?

The graph itself does not keep any history, the history in in the shift register. Of course you will also run in performance problems if you try to graph billions of points.

Please explain exactly what yo observe. Are you really sure that the array is wired across all other cases of the case structure?

If you have mande modifications to the program, please show us the latest version.

yes its wired well. But when it reaches around 300000 counts the graph vanished completly the program runs fine. Is there anything to do with shift register?
