I increased the bytes to read significantly to like 100000 and the speed stayed the same. I attached a picture of the program running and its still not displaying any values. I increased the bytes to read in the old program that was running slower and could see no change in the speed of the program from that.

I tried switching out the TCP Read All Vi with the TCP read labview function, and it seems to update at the same speed yet it does not write any information except for the time. I am not sure why that is. I have no idea why this program seems to run at the same rate regardless of what I do and I am not sure the queue is correct either. This is absolutely frustrating me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I think i misread that last question. You want to know how fast the program on the other network computer is updating and publishing to the network?
