Hi
This is a follow up question to one I asked a while back. I am trying to accquire and log a number of parameters at approximately 500kHz using FPGA on my pxi chassis.Shown is the current FPGA setup I am using. It is the parameters shown here that I wish to log.
I have been using a variation on the VI shown below to collate the data and apply timestamps, column headings etc, before writing to file, however obviously this runs at nowhere near the required 500kHz, somewhere closer to 2Hz!
So my question is this; how can I go about sampling and storing the data shown in the first image using the storage technique shown in the second image at high speed?
Many thanks

Hi boileroo,
Good afternoon my name is Kevin and I am an Application Engineer at NIUK, and I am going to assist you with this issue.
I have read over the information in the post, however I cannot enlarge the images please attach them or attach code to this email.
My hunch is that the timed loop rate is 2Hz and you need to change this to the loop rate that you would like.
Here is a very good resource that will help you out.
https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-api-ref/page/structures/timed-loop.html
Try configuring the loop time to be closer to what you want.
Let me know how you get on.
Kind Regards
