Suppose there are two fluid tanks in a chemical factory. After the first tank is filled with liquid in 10 seconds, the mixer runs for 5 seconds. Afterwards, the liquid in the first tank is transferred to the second tank in 10 seconds and the heater works for 5 seconds and the liquid in the tank rises to 100 degrees. Then the liquid in the second tank is drained in 10 seconds and the whole process starts all over again. Design a labview program that allows you to follow the process. The LEDs should light while the mixer and heater are running. After the second tank is empty, the temperature in the thermometer should drop to zero. The front panel should look like the picture below.

This is about the fifth or sixth time this exact homework problem has been presented here to the LabVIEW Forum in the past month.  (OK, maybe its only the fourth time ...).

This is not a "Do my homework for me" service.  However, it is a "Help me with LabVIEW".  So create a VI (or a series of VIs) that you think should solve this Homework Exercise.  Try it out.  If it works, great!  If it doesn't, come to the Forum, explain the problem, attach your VIs (this helps us to help you, because we can tell what Version of LabVIEW you are using, we can see what concepts you don't understand and can explain them to you, and we can suggest how you might learn enough to solve your problem yourself, which means that the knowledge will "stick" with you and you will be able to progress to the next problem.

Bob Schor

P.S. -- when you next come back to the Forum, please choose a better title for your Post.  "LabVIEW" is not a good title -- since this is the LabVIEW Forum, almost every post has something to do with LabVIEW.  Instead, use a title that will "attract" someone who can explain the concept(s) you need to understand.

"help me" is even worse. 🙂

As Bob said, this has been discussed here weeks ago, so you are late for the party. Maybe you want to do a Zoom meeting with your classmates and collectively discuss the problem. Since they procrastinated less and started long ago, they are probably way ahead of you.

See if you can contact the authors of this and this thread, for example (yes there are more!). Also read the advice given in these discussions. Good luck!

I do not know that the subject has been opened before. In the project I am trying to do, I cannot find the mixer and heater (I have looked at many places but did not get results) I use the last version of the labview I want to do it myself if I can find the heater and mixer, but I could not find it.

Please don't type messages in a code box.

Heater and Mixer are just LED boolean indicators with those names as labels.

I would recommend you learn more about LabVIEW from here. How to Learn LV
