dear sir:
I have a question for resource manage.
1、I configure my device in MAX.
2、I run resource manage.
3、I sets VISA resource name in labview.
4、I execute my program in labview and my device works very well.
5、I close my computer.
6、I open my computer and execute my program in labview.but My program doesn't work.
7、I must repeat step 2,3 . then my program work very well,why? Can I save this configuration?

Hi CWS,

Ther is one function in labview, that you can find all the visa resource and it is under "instrument I/O" under "VISA" under "Advance" and you can find "Visa find resource". That function will find all the VISA resource.

For your question, when you repeat step 3, did you see the same setting for your device mean did your setting are the same as the last time you did the configuration? Your divice is using serial, GPIB or others?

My device is using VME.and My setting are not as same as last time I did the configuration.so I must sets them again.
OH,I use Labview6.1 。

My suggestion here is try to uninstall LV and install again in that case. you can also configure the setting from labview. So just insert extra config part in your program.
