Good morning pashupathi,

National Instruments

(Basic) If you're starting to learn LabVIEW, the following is a great place to start:

http://www.ni.com/academic/students/learnlabview/

(Intermediate) You could follow Webcast Wednesday to learn about features in LabVIEW every week:

http://india.ni.com/webcast-wednesday

(Advanced) You could use our Developer Community to learn about specific features in LabVIEW:

https://decibel.ni.com/content/community/zone?view=documents

(Advanced) You could also participate actively in forums to ask questions, and folow regular posts, such as:

http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Dr-Damien-s-Development-Memory-Allocation-in-Loops/m-p/1075712/highl...

Happy learning,

Those are all good links. A really good way to validate your skills is to take the Certified LabVIEW Developer exam. Even if you do not officially take the test you can practice with the four practice exams. You can find them on ni.com/training. If you can afford it or get your company to pay then I highly recommend the training classes. You can take them online.
