get last file

Hi all :

i want to bulid a vi in labview that get the last file in spacific folder , please see attach file , i create a file *.csv at c:\calibrationsetup ,, directory created automaticaly ,,

what i want to do : to get the last wriiten file ,,,, does any done this before, i would be very thankful to know

Hi elyan,

the last written file has the oldest date and time. You can use the "File/Directory Info" to get the change date and time. See the attached picture.

what do you mean by "last used file"?

The file that this vi has written to at last run? See attachment...
The most recent file on disc? Use "File/Dir Info" to get "last mod" timestamp of all files in a dir and pick the latest one...

Btw:
When structures are the same in each case you can put them outside the case structure...
