generate PWM signal for control DC motor using NI-USB 6009

Hi, I'm Okky

I have a final project to complete my study. I have problem how to generate PWM signal in LabView 2013. my plant is DC motor and I using NI-USB 6009. help me please

Okky,

 

You cannot create a good PWM signal with the USB-6009 because its outputs are software timed.  You might be able to get to about 100 Hz but even then there would be a significant amount of timing jitter. 

 

You need a DAQ device with counters capable of PWM or possibly a device with hardware timed digital outputs.

You can generate a PWM signal with an Arduino Uno. And there are examples and an Arduino community here.
