ftp file transfer help needed...

I just looked at the existing code and that is how it's done...  issue the report command & grab the return string...

OK, so all you have to do is take that string and use the LabVIEW File VIs to save it to the hard drive.  You can also parse it if you need to determine status.

Have you tried asking the manufacturer? As you can see, it doesn't look like anybody here has ever used that instrument.

Its already setup... my problem was trying to develop off line and connecting to my laptop... since time is short on this one, I'll have to use the box for development and work in when possible...  I was able to ftp the log file to my workstation w/o any problems...
