hello guys i'm a debutant on the Labview Language and i have a project on the regulation of a stepper Motor usin CompactRio , in the first time i want to realize a Scan Mode , so where i should create the VI , in the Host or in the real Time , what doses mean the host and the target help me plz and thnx for your support

in compacrio the data read from DAQ cards Digital IO cards via fpga which is named as target . then from fpga the data is transfer to host (RT controller). you will get the detail from following i hope

Be aware that not all modules support scan mode. The stepper module is one of them. There is a document called ' c series support' www.ni.com/white-paper/8136/en/
