sorry for my english...
If I do the dacimation from the frequency 0.98 kHz (this is the min frequency NI 9232) and I want to decimate this frequency by 2,4,8, etc.
Should I use low pass filter before this decimation to prevent aliasing ?? You wrote a pre-filter is set up when the sample rate (0,98khz) is choosen.
(I think I should and set different filter parameters according to each decimation rate)

yes, you are right, you should your own LP filter for that.
And than you will decimate your data.
