Is there a way to run compiled matlab modules on LabView?

If you compile a DLL in Matlab, this DLL should be usable in LabVIEW or LabVIEW RT. If you want to use a Matlab script directly from LabVIEW, this is possible on a computer with LabVIEW and Matlab installed, but is not possible under LabVIEW RT.
