Hi ductuan,
while that error is nasty you can always open the VI in the path given in the help. You can also use the example finder...
(Maybe there is a problem with your LabVIEW installation preventing opening the example VIs with a click of the button in the help.)

I suspect you have a bad LabVIEW installation. I recall seeing something similar on one of my systems, and discovered that a LabVIEW Service (the NI Service Locator) had "disappeared" (for reasons neither I nor NI Support could discern). The "fix" was to totally remove LabVIEW and do a complete reinstallation.
What version of LabVIEW are you running? I'm going to guess that it was LabVIEW 2017 or 2018, or you might have recently applied a LabVIEW Update ...

it is LabVIEW 2017.
This happened on some computers in my lab, so that I think that it may be the result of updating window 10 (window 10 version 1803).
I have already removed labVIEW and reinstalled it again. However, it still did not work.
Could you give me other solutions

There is a problem with a recent Windows update. If you uninstall it, it will work. (Trick is keeping it uninstalled if you are in a corporate environment.)
See if your Windows update history has an entry for KB4462918 or 4462919

It means that I have to reinstall KB4462918 or 4462919 in window update
I will try it tomorow when I am at lab
Thank for your help

It means you have to UNinstall those updates.

Now, all my computers run smoothly
