fix column width using Append Table to Report.vi

Using the VI 'Append Table to Report.vi' I want to set a fix column width (the best would be to set the width of each column...). By wiring the input 'column width', the widths of the columns still depend on the amount of text of the single columns. Is there a way to solve my problem? Or does anybody know, what that input 'column width' really means?

You have to use propertynode of XL column.
