field point error code

I have a crazy problem:
One program with field point icon for read and writes data function correctly.
I would test this program in one another PC with same software (field point explorer 3.0.2,Labview 6.0.2, Windows 2000), I change the path of file.iak and run the program but for advise block I receive this error code :” 33162 unable to connect to Data item on the module advise .vi”, I have tried with one example of labview (DI read 301) and the result is the same but with read block
Have you idea for the solution?

Hi,

First of all I would look at this Kb article:

If that does not help I would make sure you can first communicate with the module from the FieldPoint Explorer interface (or MAX in the case of LabVIEW 7). So open your iak file and play the channels (monitoring in the case of input modules or controlling in the case of output modules). After that make sure you save the .iak file in a known location and place this path in your Labview program.

I have eliminate the problem with a radical format c: and reinstall Windows etc. etc.
The same program is now oK
