fail to input signal in NI USB6008

I currently doing a temperature control system using thermocouple K type and amplify using AD595 thermocouple amplifier, but I fail to input the voltage signal into my NI USB6008 even the multimeter has value, then I  check by using the oscilloscope, it also dun have the value, I previously testing to input my signal by using power supply and it seems input very well, I don’t know why it happens. Another question is the value on multimeter is only when I press the thermocouple tip using finger, when I use lighter to give the heat it din show any value even I use water cooler, it seems not respond also. Any1 done the project by using thermocouple K type and amplify through AD595 into any NI instrument? Got schematic for me to do as reference? Thx a lot

What is the voltage output of your AD595 circuit at room temperature measured with a meter and not connected to your 6008? Does it change when heat is applied?
