excel header orientation

This doesn't seem to be part of the formatting vi's  so how can I accomplish it. I want the headers oriented at 75 degrees.

I can't open that in LabVIEW 2017. I only want to reorient the headers.

What do you use to connect to Excel? Can you show your code?

The missing VI is part of the 'Report Generation Toolkit'. As the VI says, it is the VI to create a new report. I don't know why you do not have this VI when you obviously have the other VIs, like 'Append Table To Report' or 'Dispose Report'. They should be all together in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW xxxx\vi.lib\Utility\NIReport.llb.
