excel graph color

Hello,

I tried to change the color of a graph in excel.

the graph was created before.

I've got 4 lines and have an array with 4 items connected to Excel_Set_Chart_Colors.vi.

has anyone an idea?

the error text is:

-2146827284

Unknown System Error in Excel_Set_Chart_Colors.vi->Excel Set Graph Colors.vi->ExcelExport.vi

Hi Markus,

i think you get the error because you don´t insert a graph. If you want to change only the color, then you have to set some internal used refereces, which will be created if you use the "Excel insert graph.vi".

yes you are right, but i thought you do not because i get the error you said only if i try to change the color without creating a new graph. Can you upload your code?

I tried the vi running without a template on the input and it worked.
