How can I escape the menu of LV (top) my project , when I run this project.

What do you mean by "escape"? Are you talking specifically about the LabVIEW project window (LabVIEW 8.0+) or are you calling your plain VI a project here?
 
If you just want to hide the menu while the VI is running, go to "VI Properties...Windwos apperance...Customize" and uncheck "Show Menu Bar".
