It seems like most message talk about the version of Excel you have doesn't match the ActiveX functions within LabVIEW. What version of Excel does your PC have? What version of LabVIEW are you using?
I'm going to guess that LabVIEW 2018 was designed for working with Office 2016, not 2013, so there changes between the ActiveX programming between 2013 and 2106 might be causing you a problem.
Did you create this program from scratch? Or was this opening up a VI that may have been created on another PC with a newer version of office?
