error list

Whe nI start Labview 8.6, there is a "List error window" pops up, and "Not responding". So I have not way to run my labvie 8.6. I am wondering if you met this problem  and what is the solution?

Can you post a screen shot of the error message?

Haven you tried reinstalling?

I can not do it. I can not get the print screen because the "error list" window is not responding.

Did you get any errors during the reinstallation of LabVIEW?

I assume that the list errors window did not have any errors listed. If it did please post them.

Are there any error log or crash log files from the crash?
