dll build error

Anybody know what to do when you get the following error building an DLL?
It happens to me with LV7.1 aswell as with LV8.01. And I don't believe reinstalling is the solution.

Error -2147024894 occurred at Building DLL stub.
The LabVIEW DLL Builder is not registered with the system. Reinstalling the Application Builder or Professional version should correct this problem
