display frequency measurement of ECG signals

hello there....i m feeling very stress right now...

its seems tat i could not display my frequency measurement when i use timing & transition measurement....

plz help me

i tried so many method but nothing seems 2 work

i  attached my program

Without some data to look at it is hard to say what is going on, however, I will make one guess. The default settings on the Pulse measurements.vi are set for an approximately square wave. And ECG signal is much more complex and in some leads has multiple peaks per beat. I suspect that the Pulse measurements.vi is not working well with your data. Try changing the Reference Levels or Percent Levels inputs to see if you can get better results. If your ECG data has arrythmias or ectopic beats, this simple approach will probably not be very reliable. There is a huge body of published papers on analysis of ECG signals - another indicator that this is not a simple task.

I have this program which I used to compute heart rate.  See if this is helpful.  It uses an algorithm from a paper to get a nice peak and then to perform peak detection to determine the time between the peaks.
