discontinuous slider

Hi,

I am a new Labview user and I am trying to make a button (or anything like that)
to choose between discontinuous values : 100, 300, 400.

When I use the Dialog ring, I only obtain the index of the choice (i=0,1 or 2)
and not the values indicated in the dialog ring.

Can anybody send me an example. It would be really NICE...

You have at least two options:
1-Create an attribute node for the dialog ring and select strigs. Use index array with this array and get the control's position value. Transform from string to number. You can also use a case structure with a constant value for each position.
2-If data is separated by constant values, place a numeric control and set the minimum and maximum numbers (100 and 400) and put the increment to 100, then you only can select 100, 200, 300, or 400.
