The crash window is there to inform you that LabVIEW has crashed. This is done by the operating system in your case. If you can track down the cause of this crash (what you were doing or what VI was executing) and it is reproducable (you can always do it under a certain set of circumstances), then I would suggest filing a service request at http://www.ni.com/ask and choosing either e-mail or phone.
