Hello Forum
i have to move a stepper motor with NI 9501 and cRio, but this module doesn't support Scan Engine. at the training course i learned to use Scan Engine, but now i have to use FPGA. so what is the differences between Scan Engine and FPGA?
after i configured the cRio, what i have to do with FPGA? how i have to program? there are any examples specifically about NI 9501?
thanks for help!

Hi francesco,
at first: do you have a license for LabVIEW FPGA module? It isn't included in LabVIEW RT module…
After you have that module installed you will be able to access the FPGA of your RT target. Then you will have additional function palettes to support the FPGA.
I also recommend to read the AppNotes given at www.ni.com/crio !
