determing the PC components in Labview

Hi,

Is there a possibility to determ the components of the
PC on which the labviewprogramm is installed?

For me, it is interesting to get the unique serial numbers
of the PC-components, e.g. the serialnumber of harddrive, mainboard and graphic adapter.

I tried to use the Windows WMI but i did not get a grip until now.

I would be glad about any help in this purposes.

Hi Darastad,

unfortunately there are no special VIs for reading PC components serial numbers. Here I refer to the Microsoft Windows SDK. Have a closer look at the MSDN there might be what you are looking for.
