database toolkit Included in LabView 12?

Does Labview 12 come with the database toolkit?

The database toolkit is included with LabVIEW Professionnal and with Development Suites. It is an add-on for LabVIEW Basic and LabVIEW Full.

Clarification: the Database Connectivity Toolkit has been included with LabVIEW 2014 Professional Development - it is not included with the Base or Full Development systems.  The Database Connectivity Toolkit is an add-on for previous versions of LabVIEW.

It is confirmed the data base comes packaged with the 14. Not LV 12.
