data storage and reading from notepad

Hi all,

Im doing a project about water level sensor. I'm quite new with this programme LabView 8.2. I've got a graph that has all the data. But im not sure how i can store the data from the graph and view it from notepad. Any suggestions anyone out there who has encouter the same problem as i am??

you can use the "Write To Spreadsheet File.vi", to write  your data.

Thanks for the reply. Could you please see this example?  Do I have to make my block diagram the same as yours or can i just add a few more functions so that it could work??

Hi holla,

sorry, if you want to read the data from a file, then you have to use the "Read From Spreadsheet File" function. You can add as many functions as you need.
