Could I please get resources (documentation, examples & solutions) to understand the digital waveform generation, timing, buffer, clocks on the DAQ 6251?

For documentation you can look into the users manual or online resources which could be found when searching for e.g. "analog output M-Series" at ni.com.

Many examples are given by the driver. If you are working with LabVIEW, simply use the Example Finder to get them.
