Thanks for the link PackersFan but I am still having difficulties how to set up parameters properly using this fucntion.

By the way I found this function to be under winmm.dll instead under win32.dll either way I have attached my little VI below so if anyone could help me I would really appreciate.

Again my main goal is to be able to control PC volume controls using winmm.dll file and waveoutsetVolume function. It woud really mean a lot if you guys can help me out with this.

NOTE: I am using LV 8.5
