I am using Labview 2016. y’’’+3y’’+2y’-5y= sin2t I have to solve the differential equation using the control and simulation loop and I have to draw the state variables obtained.But I can not find Labview2016 control and simulation loop.Or can I use another method to solve it?

When you installed LabVIEW 2016, did you also install the Control Design and Simulation Module?  I'm guessing the answer is "no" ...
