In fact, I have also installed the software R&S®InstrumentView on my PC and my computer connects perfectly to my spectrum analyser. But I can't get the connection to LabVIEW to work.

It can have many reasons why your connection does not work. If you are just starting with the remote-control, I highly recommend to read a little theory to get an overview what software layers are involved and how you can debug your remote-control programs.
