conditional meter - basic level

Dear Sirs,

I would like to know (if possible) how can I make conditional meter (see my vi attached) , that change the range (min - max) as the input change

in my example, when the simulate signal is below 3 the meter shoud range from 0 to 2 , when it is from 3 to 7 tha meter should range from 4 to 6 and finally over 7 tha rnage should be fro 8 to 10

I know that is shoudl be simple bu .. all my efforts with the case structure fails

every help will be really appreciated
