conditional disable and libraries

I am using the conditional disable in LabVIEW 8.0 to differentiate the Call Library Function Node, on Linux and Windows (dll -> so, other name due to some historical reasons). It is also used to disable all calls to the WinAPI on Linux. The problem is LabVIEW still searchs for the libraries of the other target (for example the .so library when in Windows, the kernel32.dll when in Linux, ...). If I ignore this, the VI still runs. But these messages are annoying, and also keep on appearing each time I load the VI. In a large project as I am working on now this can really be a nuisance.

Is there any way to avoid this, or am I gonna have to live with it for now ?
