Yes, 8.6.1 has all kinds of issues with min/max.  It's actually the DIALOG which is screwed up, the actual properties work OK, but you can't adjust them correctly from the dialog.

 

 Look for the patch: 8.6.1f1 Patch

Thanks Norbert. I have downloaded and installed. Now its working.

 

Mallya you might have told about the hotfix first hand.
