closed loop control

Hi all,I want to realize a closed loop measure and control. My goal is to control the speed of a pwm fan in base of the difference between two thermocouples: I start my VI I set the duty at 44% and then I want to check the difference: Tx-TyTx – Ty must always be = 0When Tx – Ty is < 0 I want to increase speed, if it’s > 0 I want to decrease to have always Tx-Ty = 0. Can anyone give me any suggestion.Thanks

How do you control the Speed of the fan??

Do you adjust the pwm or do you have a control so you can set something like rpm?
