changing digital waveform transition type

Hello,
What i have is a two input binary strings and a concatenated string of the two inputs.  i plot the data on a digital waveform graph  after a few manipulations. my question is when i go into the properties of the waveform and select show plot legend i get the legend of the signals.  when i right click the legend, i want to change the " Transition Type" but my graph stays the same.  i am wondering if i am doing this right or if i don't have the right data to do this.
I would like the data to display in this format if possible in 4 or 8 bit words.

---------/ \ --------------/  \-----------

Attach is the vi if anyone want to try this.

Ifoitek,

If I understand your post correctly, you want to show the bits grouped together by word?  If so, the option you want to select is located under Y Scale » Expand Digital Busses (uncheck it).

Let me know if that helps.
