case selector small .b

I don't know if this something important that I should know, but what is that small .b in front of a case selector? NI had no mention of it in their documentation. I tried entering it in front, but it would not accept without turning red.

Hi jim,

it really helps to show an image, and it helps even more to attach real code...

So I can only guess: did you enable the radix display in the case structure?

Best regards,
GerdW

If you have a numeric selector, you can show the radix. Yours is set to binary, I guess.

You probably would have also noticed that you can only enter numbers consisting of only zeroes and ones. 😉
