cRIO XNET connection

I am getting the following error when trying to connect to XNET CAN devide, NI-9860.

The network operation exceeded the specified or system time limit.

This error happens even when I run the NI_XNET Bus Monitor and hit the green arrow button. The bus monitor was run after right clicking on the NI-9860 device that shows up in NI-MAX.

I also get this error when I use a BS1200 Soft Front Panel that is created by an instrument provider.

This KB might be helpful.It talks about the error you are getting. Seems to be related to the firmware version.
