cRIO-9012 add software error

I am using Measurement & Automation Explorer 2016,cRIO-9012 

The problem I am facing that the device is found and connected in safe mode but when I want to add software got error as in the screenshots.

I do not know how to proceed?

Selected Target Does Not Support This Function or Command Is Not Supported by Given Protocol on NI M...

According to NI Hardware and Software Operating System Compatibility, the latest supported version is 19.0

According to this, the cRIO-9012 is only supported up to CompactRIO 18.6 and LabVIEW 2018SP1. Not sure which one is really correct. I stayed with 2018SP1 in the past.

NI-MAX 2016 should be fine, but you need to have also  a compatible version of CompactRIO installed to be able to do anything with a cRIO chassis.

I have upgraded NI system configuration API to 18.0 (there is no 18.6 in the list and 18.5 is 32 bit)+ compactRIO driver 18.1 but still can not add software.

Labview 2018 SP1 only runtime is available ,if I want the full edition I have to buy it, therefore I need to know the specific versions to run CRIO-9012  to be bought.

This is my set and the list of software that I have,is there any hint to work cRIO or PXIe
