I'm reviving an old thread here because this seems to be the only relevant thread to my current problem:

Is it possible to do this work programatically?  More specifically, can I change subset of boolean text properties using selection start/end?  It doesn't appear so.  I've attached a snippet that shows that text selection start/end seems to work for a string control, but not for boolean text.

Thoughts?
