i am eager to learn labview please guide me how 2 star labview ie initially with some examples

how can i understant or do i have to refer any book

Welcome in the LabVIEW Community. To begin with LabVIEW, I suggest you to have a look
    - at the web page www.ni.com/labview
    - at the LabVIEW Learning Center 
In the second page, you will find some very good tutorials and presentation to begin with LabVIEW

As a book, I can give you two references

You can also try searching this site and google for LabVIEW tutorials. Here, here, here, here and here are a few you can start with and here are some tutorial videos. You can also contact your local NI office and join one of their courses.
In addition, I suggest you read the LabVIEW style guide and the LabVIEW user manual (Help>>Search the LabVIEW Bookshelf).
