automatically assign a mask of multiple number of ROIs to a picture

Hello all,

How can I create a mask of multiple number of ROIs so that I can apply this mask to a picture I want. So for example at pic, 1 I want to automatically assign these ROIs without any drawing. Is this possible?

i think "automatically" still needs some kind of programmatic drawing of the ROIs. Please see the following KBs for that:
