Is there any way I can add a phase shift to an I/Q constellation based on some condition? say when the constellation crosses zero degree, a phase shift is added to move it to 45 degrees?
What format is the I/Q constellation in? I know there are math functions that will perform complex arithmetic but I'm not sure what they would be operating on in your case.
