atrribute node called 'size', what is its function?

i need the function of the 'size' attribute node coz i cant get the book from the library to check it out.

There are lots of "size" attribute nodes, boolean button size, plot area size... but most of them (not sure about all) are composed by a cluster containing width and height numerics. This width and height includes more or less components depending on the control, indicator window...

To know to what "function" (control, indicator, etc.) an attribute node belong to, right click the attribute node and check the "Label" option under "Show". Make sure the "function" has a unique label and is visible.
