Good morning, I have the Application builder valid for Labview 7.1, is it possible to install it on later Labview versions (ex Labview 8.2.1 and Labview 2009)?

No, each LV version has it's own AppBuilder!

You may activate the AppBuilder for newer versions - when your license applies...
