add targets and devices close LabVIEW when I select my cRIO

Hi, I am working with a compactRIO 9012 and I can see it in measurement and automation and it is configured. I want to create a project in LabView, the option add targets and devices show me my cRIO but when I select it, LabVIEW close all windows and I can't go to the next part of configuration.

What version of LV, MAX, and NI-RIO do you have?  Did you install the standard software set to the cRIO or custom?

MAX 4.7, NI-RIO 3.5.0 (minimal) - June 2010, LabVIEW 2010. Windows Vista, 2GB RAM, Celeron Intel.

Can you send me a print screen of what is happening, have you try to reset the cRIO.
