accessing data after acquiring from a digital change detection .vi file

i am trying to read a digital signal from a hardware device at instances specified by another, faster, digital line. i have decided to use the continuous change detection async file to do the task. i can see activity, but how do i access the file or data logged by labview.

I have found the "digital change detection.vi" in the examples. Please let me know how you save the file, since the example does it not on its own.

Have you used the build in data logging features or have you saved it with the file VIs?
