access a remote Panel through internet

Dears

My graduation Project is to allow an access to pneumatic experiment through internet.

Using LabVIEW to control the experiment and to publish it, first as a first stage I try it on a local network and it works but when I try it through internet it just give me downloading 0% (downloading process for the front panel) and stay like this.

All the Hosting problems were solved, so what is the problem?
